Beth assisted us in a big move from Corpus Christi. She understood that our time in Dallas was limited and we saw at least twenty beautiful homes in the two days we were here. Beth also stood by us when we had to eliminate our first two choices of homes; after she had already written the offers. Overall our time with Beth was well spent. Beth was instrumental in making sure that the house I ended up with was the best one for me. I thought I’d found the perfect house, maybe a little older than I wanted, but it was in the right area, within my price range, had the perfect number of bedrooms, and even had a pool! However, Beth and I soon discovered that the listing agent and the Sellers were completely unreasonable and refused to make any repairs whatsoever to the house, even ones that were not, but should have been, disclosed on the Seller’s Disclosure. I agonized over the decision of whether or not to walk away from the deal and the house. Beth gave me great advice and support throughout and, in the end, she gave me (i) the confidence to know that we’d find another, even better house and (ii) the courage to terminate that bad deal. Boy, was she right! Less than a week later, we found a house that was even more perfect for me and my family! Throughout the whole process, she was honest and straight-forward about her thoughts on each house and we ended up selecting a house with the personality to suit me perfectly. I could not be happier with my experience with Beth and with my new house!
